Every employee starting to work in TredA receives an orientation training in order to ensure adaptation to the company and to perform his duties at his best.
Trainings are planned so that current staff renews itself, overcomes internal and external problems. Required trainings are performed taking into consideration the changing conditions of the time.
Students can do their internships after their applications are evaluated in accordance with the needs and staff pattern pf the departments within the frame of "Internship Program".
